The Directorate of Industries, A & N Administration provides developed sheds and plots at nominal rent or shed with basic amenities to the prospective entrepreneurs to setup Industrial units for the development of these Islands. This measure helps in creating employment opportunities and realization of products to the Islanders that are locally required.
The Industrial Estates are set up at locations close to the public places in both urban and rural areas.
Nominal Lease Rent
For Built up Sheds : Rs 2.50 Per Square Feet Per month
For Developed Plots : Rs 6.00 Per Square Meter Per Annum
