| Every year applications are invited from the artisans to submit the samples along with their lowest price. | |
| A selection cum price fixation committee has been formed to scrutinize the product . ascertain and fix the price at which it could be sold. | |
| After approval by the competent authority, Necessary supply orders are placed on various MSME for supply of the items for display and sales through Sagarika Emporium . The MSME who are permanently registered with the District Industries Center or with any other Govt. registering authority are eligible to avail marketing assistance through Sagarika Emporium. |

| The unit should be a functioning unit. The MSME units at mainland (India) can also avail this facility subject to availability of space . | |
